Even though my weight was fluctuating/ getting higher/ staying the same, I stuck with it and eventually my body adapted to my lifestyle changes!

Resisted eating before my time slot for the Thanksgiving Dinner Party. Ate in moderation and had a slice of pumpkin pie!
