Because I'm the biggest I've ever been and it's unacceptable to me. I've gotten lazy in my life, just eating, drinking, and basically doing what I want turning a blind eye to responsibility and it's time to step it up in life.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on a family vacation all last week and still managed to maintain weight! There was a lot of drinking and eating, but every day I tried to make at least two of my meals smaller or healthier so I could moderate the nights out.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stayed more active outside of the lake. I paddleboarded, but never took advantage of the running trails or did yoga.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Kick eating habits into high gear and eat out only once. Curling league starts which is a big drinking thing for me and I plan to be the sober cab to force myself out of the social drinking aspect.

Tried Corepower Yoga! However a mix of my hypohidrosis and lack of exercise means that there's not many classes I can take in person other than C1. BUT they have a On Demand product of all their classes for at home/gym!

Hydrated more, I was not prepared for hot yoga and it showed.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The social pressures of drinking and going out to eat, resisting the urge to emotionally eat or grab a burger instead of meal prepping yummy things. Healthy food is super delicious, I've just never taken the time for myself.
