Non-scale victory of the week!

Food is so tempting! It was hard to stop eating after the holidays. Sugars seams to pull you in and get a hold of you! It’s like a very powerful drug that your mind thinks it needs. I am disappointed in my progress

I had convinced myself that an alternative sugar was just fine, it made weight lose harder so I am back to no sugars at all.

Non-scale victory of the week!

It’s is really hard to eat right when all the fatting foods taste so good. Now that I have cut carbs out of my what I eat, eating a carb now makes my stomach feel weird.
