How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Oh wow, I just realized this isn’t per challenge. So all members in all bets are compiled into one drawing..seems like a shady marketing technique. That significantly lowers everyone’s chances.

    1 lb Ground Turkey sausage
    1/3 cup liquid amionos
    3 cloves minced Garlic
    1 pkg Cabbage Shredded for slaw
    1 pkg snow peas
    Green onions

    In large skillet, brown ground turkey and drain fat IF ANY. Add cabbage and snow peas mix to skillet; stir to combine with turkey. Pour aminos over cabbage and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until cabbage is wilted but still crunchy. Serve in a bowl and top with green onion. Enjoy. Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings
