What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Exercise for one hour at least five days out of the week. Not eat any cool whip for an entire month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate at or below my daily calorie limit most days and I rode my exercise bike a lot.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yesterday I made sugar free brownies and I went over my calorie limit b/c of it. I probably will go over my limit again today. So...not eat so many brownies.

I would like to exercise for at least half an hour every day. I've banned sugar from my diet effective this morning. I feel very positively about this change. I think it will be beneficial for me, and aid in my weight-loss efforts.
