Hi there. Check our www.healthywage.com they have several challenges that are really helping me. One is an individual challenge to lose 10% of your weight in 6 months and the other is a challenge to get your BMI below 25 in 1 year. I signed up for both even though the BMI challenge is a HUGE one for me; going from 384 to 194. Either way you are doing great; keep up the hard work! :)
