What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I don't like to set long term goals I like to set smaller goals so a doesn't feel like it is so impossible... My current goal is 250 pounds and once I meet that I will set a new goal.

Just keep doing what I'm doing because it seems to work. Nothing is going to be handed to me I'm going to have to work hard and sweat for what I want.
