Your Mini Challenge for the next two days is to get playful with your exercise!
I encourage everyone to break into a skip at some point - it really feels amazing and puts a smile on your face!
Along with that, try something playful that makes you feel like a kid again! Skip, jump rope, hula hoop, hop scotch, toss a ball, play tag, jump on a trampoline, roller skate, etc..
