I so agree with this! Not that antidepressant medication doesn't work (I took it and it helped me through a really rough patch for a few months) but exercise and eating better have worked much better! I'd be so happy to talk to anyone about my journey with depression! Reach out if you're struggling! I will always listen!

If you're hungry, eat more good food! You can have 6 cups of romaine lettuce for like 60 calories. Cucumbers are only a few calories for a large quantity. Make sure you're eating enough food too! Starving yourself will make binging a lot easier down the road.

  • It has been really hard week at work for Customer Service Appreciation week. With a waffle bar, tacos in a bag, candy carts, ice cream and now cupcakes 😩 Proud of myself thought for making it through the week without touching any of it! Well, I did grab an apple on that table 😁

Yesterday was my birthday- a good motivation to lose the 15lbs that have crept on over the past couple years. I also got a newer Fitbit, which has been great motivation to really move my butt today. Here’s to the next 3 weeks!!

I’m already so happy with all the interaction I see from the host and other players on this game! I like to go through and read comments and see pictures when I need an extra bit of motivation and my last game was definitely lacking that. So glad to have it this time!

If you just joined this Dietbet, your initial weigh in counted as your progress weigh in (Sept. 26- Oct. 2) for the week. On the right of the screen (at least on the computer) there is a section called Progress Weigh Ins and it will tell you your weekly Progress Weigh In status.
