You just need to weigh in as regularly as you need to. I wouldn't recommend every day because weight can fluctuate so much, but probably once or twice a week to hold you accountable!

  • Had this yummy salad yesterday for lunch. Very filling! Chicken, Parmesan cheese, ground pepper, half an avocado, onions and green goddess dressing. Oh, and I'm actually down 2 pounds this morning! 6.8 to go!

What is going on that I am constantly smelling popcorn? I’m home. It is no where near me. I don’t have any in the house. It’s been months since I had any. But I keep think I’m smelling popcorn. Anyone have a keto friendly alternative?

Popping popcorn on the stove isn't really unhealthy! It's a nice snack that isn't too heavy. I don't know about keto, but popcorn isn't a terrible snack!

I'm getting defeated but trying really hard not to. I've been tracking calories religiously. 1400 each day, and doing the 21-day fix, which I always feel great after. I got on the scale yesterday and it didn't move a bit. I'm drinking 120 oz of water each day and averaging 12,000 steps a day. I know I need to be patient, but the weight just used to fall off. Now it's been harder and harder to lose anything.
