Started exercising and running.

Not giving in to temptations like chocolate and chips and soda. I also didn't drink as much water as usual.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made fish tacos for lunch- tilapia, tomatoes and onions with lemon juice and we loved them. Dinner was organic whole wheat angel hair, with butternut squash noodles and chicken and asparagus.

Exercise.
