OMW! Getting these last few grams off is so hard. Reached my goal last week. Gained 700g over weekend again and now I am over again. Followed my healthy eating to a T! So frustrated to say the least!

I hear ya! Was so discouraged yesterday to see that my weight had stopped from being stagnant to going up! So I changed courses and decided to go strict keto and stay in my intermittent fasting window and boom....down 2 lbs overnight! Maybe you just to need to mix it up too for this last push. Don’t give up!

Not failure, a lesson, and opportunity for a decision. Are you going to let this set-back spiral you into oblivion where your health doesn't matter anymore because you "can't do it"?
Or are you going to take this opportunity to show that voice in your head that it's wrong and get right back on track?
The choice is yours, but taking control now before you fall into negative self talk is only going to increase your self worth and give you physical and mental results that will carry you over this bump...and I think that's worth a world more than believing a voice that lies to you to keep you comfortable.

Sounds like you could benefit from an accountability partner to support and encourage you while helping to keep you on track with your goals. Can you think of someone who do this for you? Maybe look for a good friend or family member or even health coach if you need professional help.

Absolutely no motivation to go to the gym the past three days. I keep waking up so tired and just going back to bed. Hopefully tomorrow will be different. 😕

Don't *hope* tomorrow is different. *MAKE* tomorrow different. Instead of going back to bed, or to the gym that you're not motivated for, make yourself take a focused, purposeful 5 minute walk.

I am planning on changing up my food intake. I’m really bad at eating breakfast and sometimes lunch depending on how busy I get at work. I do know some of why I’m tired. I’m on blood thinners for a lung disease that I have so I know that that sometime makes me tired when I have to adjust my dosage. I’m definitely going to make this week better. Im planning on just going to bed earlier and seeing if that will help.
