I fix this by planning out my meals and snacks. It takes a while but plan 5 to 6 meals a day. Your normal breakfast lunch and dinner. Those extra meals keep around 150 calories. Hard boiled eggs I cook 1 dozen every weekend so I have for snacking. I love chips so the harvest snaps help. I like white cheddar and tomato basil. They have protein and fiber helps to feel full. Drink lots of water as well. No bingeing if already feel full.

Dont punish yourself after binge eating, just go back to your normal diet and try to figure out what triggered the binge. It has helped me to stop the cicle


My problem is recovering from a binge and regaining my self discipline:-(

Made it back to the gym 2 days in a row after taking 8 days off..I feel like a truck ran over me, but in a good way!

I took weight lifting (power) class and Barre.

What are your favorite ways to exercise?

  • It has been a very tough road. I found this today. I started my first Dietbet exactly a year ago. This is when my journey officially started. And even though I have gained 9kg again I am still 27.9kg lighter than exactly 1year ago. Never stop working on you....the journey is never over!

  • Not nice posting this.....but here goes. The first picture was the end of my last dietbet about 2 and half months ago. I have been struggling emotionally with a lot and I have gained 9kg since. It took me exactly 1 year to go from 119.4kg to my lowest of 81.6kg. Earlier this year we found out my 3yr old nephew has ALL Leukemia. I also tend to emotionally be there for everyone around me besides myself....gaining the weight back was a huge wakeup call! Carrying emotional baggage is much heavier than carrying extra weight. I have cleared my head and my heart and I am ready to gain back control over my life and health xxxxx

Does anyone else get headaches when they first start eating less and healthier? I must usually eat for stress relief, because I've been catching myself clenching my jaw throughout the day.

Jip this is me toooooo....usually what puts me off from healthy eating. But getting past a few days like this and sticking it out and feeling healthier is so rewarding.
