Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm just sad and frustrated. My weight loss uis due to stress. I really should be doing better.

I could have drank more water for sure.

Drink at least 6 cups of water each day. Walk for 30 mins, 3 times a week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't eat in the evenings past 6pm a couple of nights. That was good. My grandma died yesterday, and I cried a lot. I probably lost some weight to the tears. Not a good thing at all. I owe it to my Babushka to lose weight. She always talked about it. I wish she could see a healthier me.

I could have kept away from sweets more. And drank more water.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Do the elliptical at least 3 times. Drink 16 oz of water first thing in the morning every morning. Go for a walk, even a short walk, everyday. Pray and practice piano at least for 15 mins. This will boost morale.
