appetite is decreasing and wanting healthier foods.

finding a balance between the cravings and needs. Also, talking myself back into getting back on track and not letting my mess up be my back door out of continuing my journey.

I am starting over. Took 2 months off and I'm starting over. Working to make this life change a more permanent thing. Frustrated with myself though

When I look in the mirror and see that my face has gotten smaller because I just look different!!! Also. Others have been noticing I am dropping the weight.

Weighed out my food portions. I did a lot of guesstimations this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

First time completing 3.5 miles today running. I was on the treadmill instead of outsidewhich makes a difference because it makes me keep a pace. I had a pace of 11.01!!

MEAL PREP!!!

Clothes fitting loosely again. I am doing better at picking foods to eat and I was able to meal prep some this week. Egg roll bowls!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yes, I need to find a way to get over my mental block and get past 2 miles and simply make an effort to MOVE on days I dont feel like it.

I have drank a gallon of water 4 days in a row. Have planned my food out to the point that I was able to enjoy pizza and not go over.
