Hey, I saw your comment about recovering from an injury. If you have a smartphone or ipad, you can download free workouts in the App store. They have a bunch of 7 minute workouts. Just type & minute, and a bunch will pop up. I use them when I don't have a lot of time. As you get stronger, you can do extra rounds. Also, fitnessblender.com ha a bunch of free workouts that are different fitness levels, styles, and lengths. Hope that helps! Good luck!

Thanks jmu612! that is quite useful. I'm worried about high impact activities but I'm going to look into them and see what kinds of beginner workouts they have. Good luck with the challenge :)
