Well at least I didn't gain from the last time I weighed. My new year didn't start off spectacular. And I'm embarrassed that I lost my last dietbet. Let's try again.

Definitely eating healthier and smaller portions!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Although I have a hard time getting to the gym, my daily life and work is quite physical. It's food! My diet! I love to eat and I stress eat!!
