Non-scale victory of the week!

Even after a terrible day of losing my job, I still didn't give in to cravings. All I wanted was a cheeseburger and soda, but I resisted.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

We had tacos this week and I should have used ground turkey. But I used beef instead.

Even with all the bad food choices I made this weekend, I still stuck to no soda!!

On my way home I really wnated a burger but I resisted and came home and made a salad. Also, I've noticed that I don't crave soda as much.
