Controling my anxiety its pretty awesome

Exercise more ,im not a morning person so me trying to fit exercise in the night with all my kids mommy ?mommy ? Is not going to give me results.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have 4 kids married for 17 years and own a buisiness ,so a lot of my overeating is due to anxiety and stress ,Its going to be a challange but i am determined to understand my body and control it.
