Pain is starting to ease slightly. Eating has been great.

I had extreme pain and ended up in hospital this week. Do my breathing and stretching exercises.

Drank lots of water. Friend gave me lots of clothes. All of it fit! Going from 2/3X down to L/XL feels great.

Being less tempted to snack at night.

I walked into Lululemon looking for a size 14 only to find out that I'm actually a size 10 in their leggings. =O

I feel very bloated. I'm due to starty period any minute, however I still feel as though I could have consumed more water.
