I seem to have fallen off the face of the earth. I am still here! I ended up stopping after I got to the middle of level two. I didn't have enough time to recover between workouts and was sore all the time. Though I really should have stopped completely. Also, I'm still working out 6 days a week just not doing the DVD. I think I will bring it back into rotation but not EVERY day.

How are you doing? You met the first goal? I barely did so I want to make sure I hit it a lot sooner this round.

Erst einmal brauche ich noch 0,1kg für morgen :-( Ich schwanke momentan zwischen 56,7 und 57,6… Und ich weiß gar nicht, was ich falsch mache.

I just did mine at 8:30 this morning. I plan to continue in the morning but hopefully closer to 7am. I overslept today. Haha.
