Non-scale victory of the week!

NSV this week I was able to do squats without knee or back pain. I did not over do it but I made it a great 1 hr 15 min workout. Felt like old times.

I completed my longest run since my return without stopping. My breathing technique is fine. I will increase my pace throughout the week.
