I looked at your Quick Facts, I LOVE Arby's. I now get the Jr. Roast Beef Sandwhich which is 6 points, and skip out on the curly fries, even though they are so good. Thank goodness Arby's sauce is 0 points!

I also love cottage cheese, I put it on pineapple :) Keep up the great work, and thanks for the "cheer" !

Wow, only 6 points?! Thanks for the tip! Love curly fries too lol its impossible to pass them up when I go there lol trying to stick to only eating out only once a week if that. Trying to cook all my meals and stay away from anything prepackaged.
