Focus on tracking in my WW app and holding myself more accountable. My goal is 5 full days of tracking. From when I wake up to when I go to sleep.

I was really terrible at tracking this last week. I think I was snacking too much too.

My goal is to stay in track even with working a tattoo convention this weekend. There will be a lot of garbage food readily available but I’m gonna do some healthy grocery shopping and get stuff I can eat there so I’m less tempted by the easy, junk food.

I went for a long walk at the mall and was able to power through without my knees hurting! This is a first in a LONG time!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to be better at tracking my food. I’m staying on track with my points but I’ve been bad and making sure I finish the day tracking.

I FIT ALL THE RIDES!!! In November I went to Universal with my husband and didn’t fit some of the rides. Last week I fit ALL the rides!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely could have eaten better but I allowed myself some wiggle room for fun this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My husband’s family noticed my weight loss while we were at our holiday gathering. It was great to hear that others were seeing my progress even when I don’t really see it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have done a better job with what I chose to eat and I definitely could have exercised more to make up for the foods I was eating.

Some of my pants are fitting a little looser than they used to. It’s a good thing. But some of my smaller pants still feel a little too small so I’m in this awkward in between stage.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

With it being a holiday week, I ate some things I shouldn’t have. But I’m just gonna get right back to eating better and win this bet!
