maintained an 8 hour eating window, wore a button up shirt I hadn't fit in years, feel more mindful

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I pulled it together well this week (and the scale reflected some loss). I need, thought, to work on the low points ehen the scale goes up or plateaus and my morale for weight loss takes a dive...trying to be better about working for NSVs and things I can control.

My clothes art starting to fit again. my tryon outfit of jeans I couldn't get much past my knees when I started are on and zipped. tight, but theyre on and wearable!!!

I carried a new bag of grill pellets which was 33 pounds. it was heavy and I realized I've actually lost the equivalent of 1 .5 bags through Dietbet since November. Feels great!
