What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I'm a very social person so having a few drinks on the weekends will be my biggest challenge. But I've done it before and will again. Not easy but I'm committed to winning dietbet.

Keep writing down my meals. I'm not a calorie counter. But I've got plenty of knowledge on how to eat and what works for me. Just being mindful and plan one day at a time.
