Non-scale victory of the week!

Went running 3 times in the park which made me so happy.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have been dieting since I was 9, and have never felt happy. This last year I have rapidly gained weight due to depression and anxiety - and PCOS and it has made me even more miserable and I’m not living my life anymore. The most challenging is just having a balance and not seeing my body as the enemy.
