Found 3 pair of pants that I couldn’t fit into 4 months ago

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More fitness (Difficult exercising this week. Car accident left me achy all over, but as I was able to walk away from it basically unscathed, I’ll count it as a win. Car not as lucky)

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue diet, prep work, and start a 4 week challenge of no soda, fruit juice, white bread, and more. (I’m okay avoiding ice cream, chips/fries, donuts, cake, and candy.)

Two birthdays in our office and I ate NO cake!

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder and had to skip Metabolic Aftershock. I should have used the time to ride the stationary bike.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Tuesday was a late night and I knew my hubby and I would be eating out. We found a nice little Tex-Mex place where I was able to order a large salad with Mesquite grilled chicken. So tasty! (All the times I'd eaten there and never realized they had some great salad options!) I'm also happy to report that I asked for dressing on the size and used less than half!

I could have gotten in a bit more exercise.

Normally, I preplan my dinners. I need to do the same with breakfast and lunches to maximize my efforts

Continue with 1200-1400 calorie plan, add in at least one hike to my week. Still need more sleep.
