Ok so I'm lucky I found Anna Victoria's app in the middle of January. I was under eating and the scale wasn't going anywhere. The app is only for ladies but please go check it out. I’m so so so so so proud of all of you who are hitting your round 1 goals already!

Have any of you tried a whole 30? Are you considering one? I say go for it! I’m doing one now and have lost over 5 lbs and met my January goal already and halfway through my February goal. It’s a tough commitment at first but over time it gets easy and I even enjoy it. Even with a newborn baby and waking up 2-3 times a night, I have lots of energy and get by on one cup of coffee. My husband works 45-50 hours a week and I’m on my own with the baby and a preschooler and still have lots of energy and feel super positive. Give whole 30 a try!

wondering what to ask for for holidays? Get something for your health!! Yoga retreat, gym membership, registration for a 5k, blender, my fitness pal subscription, etc. Ask for gifts that will keep on giving by helping you with your health goals!

My husband and I did this for Christmas this year : ) we are on a realllly tight budget so we each bought fitness apps for $30 and are chasing our health goals! Merry Christmas to us haha

I just wanted to introduce myself for those that don’t know me. My name is Haley. I’m from Texas, but moved to NZ in March for a year to just explore and have fun! I work in a gym here. I am a certified health coach and yoga teacher. I started to lose weight 3ish years ago when Matt proposed to me. I was close to 300 lbs and cried when I saw the proposal pictures. I decided that I wanted to make a change. We started with slow habit changes and workouts to make a life long change. Doing crazy dramatic diets and hardcore workouts are just unrealistic. I wanted to be healthy for life, not just for some 3 week diet. So here I am a few years later. I’ve lost over 100 lbs and kept it off. I can now eat intuitively and love working out every day. So we are going to try to use this time together to get you into that same state of mind. This isn’t just a 4 week challenge. It’s the beginning of your new lifelong health journey! Feel free to share some of your story!

Thanks y’all! I personally know that weight shouldn’t matter but my family is Indian and i guess in the culture you’re supposed to be skinny idk... sucks though!! I’m mainly doing this for me but it’ll definitely help me feel better about being around fam!

I’m at 174 and hope to be 130 in about 8 months from now. I gained over 50 lbs when I was pregnant :grimacing: my normal weight is around 130 and I lost 60 lbs after my first baby so I know I can do this!
