How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Is anyone else putting ON weight?? I weighed myself on the second day and I was so smug coz I had lost weight. Tonight I weighed myself and I’ve put on 1kg/2lbs. Agghhhh!!!


I haven’t put on wt and have lost just a little. I have to use a food journal and make sure I’m only taking in what I’m burning. If you aren’t using one try it.

We are officially done with week one!! Great job!! If you are rocking it, encourage others and lend advice! If you have biffed it so far, that’s OKAY! It’s not about being perfect. It’s about just starting! So get started and work hard the next 3 weeks! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve fallen off the wagon. But it’s not about how many times I’ve screwed up, it’s about picking back up. So keep. Going.

I've been sick with bronchitis all weekend. I haven't worked out as I'm doing good just to keep breathing. I can't taste anything though, so I haven't had any issue with eating well. Losing weight anyway, so there's that...

Hey so just a quick update with me. I had oral surgery on Dec 5th. The pain from the surgery is worse than what I expected and the periodontist said I can’t work out for at least 72 hrs after the surgery. I’m going to start out tomorrow with a low stress workout, even if it’s just taking a walk. I still plan to reach my goal and I refuse to let this hold me back.
