I think I did well under my circumstances. I was in the ER twice. But I could probably drink more water.

I had enough energy to drive with 2 kids and care for them on my own. I made breakfast for my family - eagerly.

Tracked and ate better. Walked more. Drank more water. ALL THE THINGS.
