I am on my second day of Yoli and feel so full! The structure of the meal plan is really helping me.

yesterday was the worst day ive had yet. but then woke up this morning to a butt naked toddler jumping on his bed lmao. so much joy, and thankfully no poop in the diaper he threw. a nice reminder to live life like a toddler

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

this week is starting out rough. i have the best intentions of exercising, but when i want to i cant because of baby duty, it's too dark out, it's raining, whatever. then when it clears up or the baby is sleeping i am so tired and want to do anything but go out and walk. cant seem to get my mojo together

wasn't able to hit 5k steps at all last week. i need to fix that!

my food has been on point. i am so proud of this pizza! arugula basil pesto was phenomenal

my steps and exercise was much lower than normal. i am going to try to go back to walking during lunches
