I am doing IF & tracking on WW.. planning my meals and stop eating at a certain time I believe is a victory.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I am choosing to do a pastry during breakfast and if I eliminate may lose weight easier but I feel like I need a treat to not get so tempted after my stop eat time.

I'm considering swapping a soup instead of having a sandwich. I am also considering going back to going to gym at least 4x a WK. I will continue IF & tracking that is very helpful.

started Freshly not a huge fan probably won't Renew but to try to understand portion was helpful

not buying cheese, cheese has mega calories although low in carbs

started back on IF ending at 4 also started on prepackaged meals

I could have opted away from some carbs this WK, my mom's bday over past weekend caused me to eat at her house more than normal

I went back out for an hour walk. I have been tracking and conscious eating.

I tend to indulge in quantity when I like something and even healthy things overdone will effect you.

I want to keep in my daily point allotment in WW. I feel like eating more fruit/carbs on a daily basis along with higher sodium due to daily soup may be causing some interference with weighloss but I can't do Keto it's not something realistic I can keep up with in my entire life..I like soup, I love fruit, I like occasional bread so trying WW points, see how it continues so far up not down

i made it to 165 and kind of splurged on food items I hadn't been eating, bought trailmix, nuts, cottage cheese, sliced cheese, etc. I thought these items weren't unhealthy but they definitely had a toll had I went up in weight.

not experiment with new food items

I'm going to stop with eating nuts, go easier on dairy that includes sliced chedder and cottage cheese, focus more on vegetables, couple eggs, one portion baked mozzarella, not throw in towel but restart

felt like reaching 165 was a triumph on Friday even though it didn't hit dietbet goals. i think I have to do more realistic bets in the member only area.

weekend had higher carbs included trailmix that I won't buy again, too much temptation
