I saw your response about having a hard time with breakfast. I'm the same way. Once I decided to get healthier, I had to do something quick yet filling & decided to get in a lot of protein first thing. I make yogurt/protein shakes. I use about 1/4 cup Almond milk (any will do), a container of high protein Greek yogurt (which I hate alone), and frozen fruit & blend it up that that's my breakfast about 6 days a week! It keeps me full & is super easy. I'm not about sitting down to breakfast every day! Hope this helps!

Charmayne how is your breakfast going? I eat eggs with baby bella mush., cilantro,chives, red onion, spinach, parsley, tomatoes, serrano peppers and vegan cheese. Sometimes I use all the ingredients and sometimes I just use spinach and cheese. I also drink fruit smoothies with a variety of frozen fruit including frozen bananas and fresh pressed Apple Juice or organic Apple Juice, neither of those are made from concentrate. I also eat gluten free cereals by Barbara with fresh fruit. If you aren't really hungry eat a nice size apple you will be surprise how satisfying it can be. My holistic Doctor told me about it.

Good morning Esther, it's getting better. Today I ate an omlette with spinach onion and diced tomatoes with an orange. Yesterday I drank shakeology shake with a banana. Thank you so much for checking in with me and giving me some suggestions. I appreciate it :)
