I hope to continue to make good choices and push myself to be accountable for my choices. I want to continue to work out but I want to push myself with heavier weights in each work out. I don’t want to miss a work out on the days that I am off work. I want to try some of the new recipes I found with my new meal app and I want to just feel more comfortable in my clothes as each day goes on.
