I worked out. I ate well.

Probably more consistent activity.

It’s 1 week until the round 1 check in, so I plan to go to the gym at least 3 - 4 times, and probably cut down on snacks even if I do have points left after meals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went on 3 walks, and also went to the gym.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate some extra 0 point foods when I really wasn’t hungry. They’re 0 points, but still have calories. I need to only eat when I’m hungry.

Continue going to the gym, try to get “blue dots” every day on my WW app, and stay active!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I started WW Freestyle this time last year and have already lost 50 pounds! My progress has been slowing though, and I think some extra motivation will help me get back on track. I’m getting married in May, so I want to lose another 25 pounds by then! This dietbet lines up great.

I plan to go to the gym at least twice, and walk my dog for 35+ minutes at least 2 times. I will track on my WW app every day, and drink lots of water.
