What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Excercise, my regular football games were cancelled so I didn’t do any exercise at all. However I think it’s great to see a weight loss through purely diet, now to increase exercise to maintain the loss.

Excercise more, football twice and start my challenges (photo attached) while maintains the good diet. Try to have a weekend of good food and no alcohol too, I always fall apart Friday-Sunday
