I went to a festival and didn’t overeat! I chose the healthiest options (chicken wraps with mustard instead of cream sauce), and drank my weight in water! Four days of sticking to it!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had meant to continue my workout regimen at the festival, but instead focused on my diet. It was hot, and food was expensive, so I felt totally justified in taking a break from strength training for a couple days. In the future, though, I could bring protein rich snacks, and wake up early to exercise before the sun takes over.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
It’s the first week of summer, so the kids will be home during the week, which will add a bit of challenge to my routine. My intention is to maintain my physical and spiritual practices throughout the implementation of their new routines.
