What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Go Friday for a plan to work out with Planet Fitness. Weight gain has to be bloat from PMS. I've ate low carb and haven't had any cheats unlike the other 3 weekends. Not worried really, it should go away in time for the official weigh out on Sunday.

Able to stick to keto and IF, jeans fit better

Same as usual. Stick to keto, IF, more sleep, get some sort of movement in. Bike ride for last Saturday was cancelled due to winter weather.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I always seem to regain everything I lose. When I go off plan I always binge eat thinking I gotta eat everything I won't be able to and easily gain what I lost plus some. I need to stay the course and forget that indulging is ok sometimes. It really isn't when you know you lack the self control needed to do something like that.

Stick with IF and keto. Try to get 8 hours of sleep. I plan on doing another group bike ride this Saturday on the Greenway.
