Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate healthy after a procedure a couple weeks ago instead of being lazy and eating poorly

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing! Because I’m still healing from the procedure, so anything even kind of on the right path counts as a victory for me!

Keep the healthy eating streak, and slowly start getting back into exercising as my body feels up to it

Drinking more water. Remembering that my period probably affected my weigh-in last week.

Sticking to the diet plan. That’ll be the hardest struggle always.
