Non-scale victory of the week!

I bought a bunch if new dresses and clothes that a are much smaller and dont hide my body. I also fit into some dresses that have been goal dresses for me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing honestly. I didnt workout and i didnt eat the way i wanted.

Getting 5 days of activity with my fitbit and crushing my step goal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been better emotionally and I shouldnt have gotten drunk or ate so much chocolate.
