We've been outside much more the past few warm days! But my little one has not been sleeping well which means I'm not sleeping well and when I am tired I just want to eat! So that's rough, but we'll get through it!

  • I had a good day! I almost perfectly hit my calories, and I exceeded my step goal by quite a bit after walking around a local convention. I also got a few new things to play around with, including ankle weights and a step platform. So at 11 at night I decided to try a step work out I found on YouTube. It was surprisingly fun and gave me another almost 3,000 steps! Wins all around!

That's great, I have ankle weights but never use them. What are benefits of using them? Maybe it will motivate me to put them on.

  • My second day for a large (seriously large) salad for dinner, tonight I even chopped up some strawberries to add to to it for a little sweetness, I could have eaten another large plate full, love salad and it doesn’t make me feel over stuffed.

I’m putting my husband through this as well, salad only for dinner for a week and I’m curious to see if he looses any weight. I’ll update next weekend. I’ve already shed a few pounds since Thursday

I hopped on this DietBet( MY 1st) in the hopes of moving my scale and accountability! I have been lazy keto since late August and have lost 40lbs BUT my scale hasn't moved since Jan 22nd!!! I do feel as if my measurements have changed and I know the scale is not the be all, end all BUT (again) I would like to lose more so I am looking for suggestions/inspiration!! Thanks in advance . xo

With lazy keto, you can reduce the amount of processed foods, cheese, PB, and oil you’re using to get things moving along again! As long as you keep those carbs to a minimum, you will stay in ketosis.
