I did enjoy the January FFTFC family. It was the best! G/L w/ Jillian. I wish she lived w/ me, as I'm sure she'd whip me into shape. I finally got on the scale and between the cruise (lots of umbrella drinks) and all the fast food when my life was being devoted to dog care, I was up 6 lbs! UGH. So easy to gain 6 w/o even trying and so much harder to lose it. But that's life and I have to buckle down and "git 'er done." Maybe another 4month DB would be what I need. Even if I don't make the final goal, it helps me focus and I DO lose more than if I didn't do the DB.

Hey thanks for the comment. I was on a cruise (amongst other things like having seriously ill dogs). I kind of dropped out of DB for a while. I'm sure my weight is up since the cruise (and since when I'm stressed I don't eat much but what I do eat is fast food). But I'm ready to lose that cruise weight and get on with my life. The dogs are more or less stable (cancer and pancreatitis) and I have no cruises on the horizon. I'm doing another 10% IN 6 MONTHS starting April 22.

Hey girl! Thx for "dropping by". I'm doing pretty well (OK that was modesty… I'm doing VERY WELL) on my 10% transformer. I have a cruise starting next Sunday so I have to be VERY CAREFUL. I can easily gain 1#/day… why can't I LOSE 1#/day?? Dang it. When I get back I'll sign up for a 2nd 10% and do them overlapping. Keep up your good work!!! I'm SO glad I found the DB site! It's been a lifesaver (literally and figuratively).

AC I've been stalled out not gaining or losing an OUNCE. But yesterday and today FINALLY some movement on the scale. I don't think I'm going to make it on this DB but I sure as hell am going to keep trying. Because if I lose weight… hey I'm a winner!
You're having better success. GOOD FOR YOU!! (Can I borrow some DB winning money?? haha)

HAHAHA I love your saying. I'm going to borrow it. Evidently I've been eating a pair of HUGE HIPS lately because that's what I seem to be wearing in public. But this diet bet is SO helpful. I already made 4% goal. And I'm doing the 6 month Transformer and am less than 2 lbs to my 1st months goal w/ like 14 days to go. This is the most focused I've been in a LONG time. I always said.. "MONEY? I could lose weight for MONEY. I would rock the Biggest Loser!" SO maybe this isn't $500,000 (or whatever their prize is) but hey.. it's a mani and maybe a pedi too.

Keep up the good work. The results are exciting, no?
