Hi Amanda,

Are you doing another challenge? I signed up for the summer one for fftfc. I was gone for a couple months but now i'm back. I have the summer off from school, so I'm ready to put all that energy into myself. It looks like you've made some great progress!

Hi Amanda. I didn't do the the dietbet this month. I did Jan and Feb. I am a teacher and we are prepping for CRCT this month. It's very stressful, so I decided not to do the added pressure of meeting my goal because I obsess about not losing. LOL! Anyway, I'm missing some of my dietbet friends and just wanted to say hi and see how it's going. I'll be back for April. =)

That was probably a good idea, that way you can focus on each thing individually! I say that because I know what you mean about the obsessing! LOL
I plan to do the next one too (and on until I reach my goal) so I hope to see you back, kicking some butt! :)

Hey! I don't mind at all! You can never have too many friends or supporters! To me this is about beating yourself and seeing what you can do when you put your mind to it so I try to encourage others. I honestly would be happy if EVERYONE wins, as long as I don't lose my money! It's only my 2nd game but I absolutely love it here! Glad to have a new friend! We can do this! :)

Work out wise I've been good too. I have a great workout partner who never lets me wimp out. Food wise it has been ok. I changed up my diet some this week. The last few weeks I've been doing high protein, low low low carbs. This week I've cut back on my meat consumption. Lots of fruit, and salads. And valentine candy from my students. HAHA! But I'm still down almost 2 lbs this week so it's good. I've been doing this diet and exercise thing for a while now. I'm finally finding a happy medium where I'm losing weight (slowly), feeling good and not feeling deprived. Whew.... that was a lot to say. HAHAH!!! Keep it up. It will all come together in time. =)

Thanks, lady! I'm really struggling with the Valentine candy and it's always like that for me--holidays and their HUGE association with food throw me off. But I will stay strong and we will get thru this! In the past I've always rushed myself and then quit if I didn't lose 50lbs in a month. I'm learning that slow and steady really does win the race. Here's to us! :)
