WOOT WOOT, our scales are moving!!1 Now the problem for me becomes keeping it off it the end of the game, or even try to loose up to the max allowed.

Decided to weigh again since I had 3 good days under my belt. Was happy with 3 lbs in 3 days! Doing the 2 shakes a day has been easier then I was thinking it would be. I know it will probably level off, but will have no problem meeting the goal for this month! Since I joined the 6 month one too, that will help me keep going and by the time that ends I will be well into my marathon training. so this really will be the year to reach my goal weight! Thanks for helping on getting started and letting me know about this, I really think is is helping. And the start is always the hardest!

Going great yesterday & today. Actually had gained over the weekend after my weigh-in! Did pretty good yesterday with what I ate. Today is the first day of 2 shakes - feeling really good. Lots of bad habits to break. Got my water jug filled up. Thanks for asking!

I started a 3 day cleanse from Beyond Organic on Monday. I felt it was one of the best ways to beat those old habits of snacking and putting everything in my mouth due to the holidays. Then next Monday I will do a 3 day Makers cleanse from Beyond organic. Good luck and talk to you soon.
