I couldn't make it to the gym but once this week, Adalyn's teething and has a diaper rash bc of diarrhea :-/

I made up for everything I did wrong yesterday, worked out had a protein/oatmeal breakfast/coffee/ 1/2 cup rice w tofu, soy, sri racha, and soy vinaigrette (sounds weird but it's really good) 1& 1/2 slices of cheese pizza and a Special K fruit and yogurt cereal. No drinking and I went home right after work. Today I'm going to the gym around 11, I would go sooner but Adalyn's been up since 5:30 :-/
I, ...eh hem... WE need a nap.
