So 700 calories so far today, gym was -375 calories, I work tonight and if I stay the course and have a high protein/fiber dinner than I'm ahead of the game :)

Hi Elissa, good job!!!!!!!!! You did great!! I weighed in 149.0. I am gonna try harder this week to lose. My weight loss is lousy!! But I do feel confident that I am heading in the right direction and changing my eating habbits and thinking about my sabatueours. So I'm happy about this month. Keep up the good work.

Past up doughnuts this morning when I got coffee. Very hard they looked really good and smelled fresh. I decided it wasn't worth it. Had an egg and toast, half an orange instead. How you doing?

1 hour of cardio, oatmeal w vanilla almond milk (yum) and I'm having coffee and a 90 calorie lemon bar as my snack. I think we are starting the week off right.
