I can't stand the fact that there's a week off between kickstarters - just drives me crazy the amount of weight that I can put on in such a short amount of time.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Dinner out-Didn't touch the fries, didn't touch the cole slaw, didn't touch the pasta salad, didn't touch the bread. Buffalo burger and a salad. Very satisfied, still have over 1000 calories available!

Didn't touch the chicken nuggets. Nothing after dinner.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Last night I fought The Pig. I was winning. Salad from Wendy's. Didn't touch the chicken nuggets. Nothing after dinner. Then just before sleep came. Was just going to be a fruit bowl. Turned to 2. Turned to 3. Turned to multiple bowls of cereal. Cheese. Not good.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Just one day, today, I will not binge. Had half a bagel w/cream cheese, lox onions and tomato for breakfast. Honey turkey for lunch. Chicken for dinner. And nothing afterwards!
