Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm starting to feel alot more confident and I'm physically starting to see changes. It's an amazing feeling! Also, I enrolled for beauty school! I'll be learning MUD (Makeup Designory) that starts in June, I'm so excited!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I haven't been active at the gym but I have been going outside to play basketball and catch with my little sister.

Continue my weight loss journey and continue to make progress I still have a long way to go but I'm getting there!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Yesterday was Easter and I actually felt sick to my stomach with the greasy fatty foods! I thinn my body is getting use to the clean eating! It makes it alot easier to resist those foods now.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I worked alot of hours this past week and got lazy and didn't go to the gym alot. I need to get back in that routine!

I have a goal to get down to the gym at least 4 times this week! I also want to make sure I hit my diet bet goal of 238.7 lbs!

Got to the gym when I wasnt going to go. I ended up going at 11pm because I felt bad about not going-so I got there!
