Non-scale victory of the week!

Tried a new recipe. chicken tenders and I really liked it. shared it with my parents and they liked it too and when I get it at work yesterday they said it smelled good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

if I don't get enough steps in to spend 20 to 30 minutes on the elliptical in the evenings

I actually went to the gym last night after work. Its been way to long. Its ridiculous that I dont go. its 30 Minutes and It helped me sleep about 1 1/2 longer than I have been sleeping for a month.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've learned that it is easier for me to make better food choices if I'm participating in a diet bet. I went on vacation at the end of last week and then with yesterdays Easter Holiday I chose to eat everything I wanted. I'm glad to be back on board this soon because I didn't want to gain all the weight back I lost during last months diet bet.
