Non-scale victory of the week!
Tried a new recipe. chicken tenders and I really liked it. shared it with my parents and they liked it too and when I get it at work yesterday they said it smelled good.

if I don't get enough steps in to spend 20 to 30 minutes on the elliptical in the evenings
