Non-scale victory of the week!
I have not gone out to eat or eaten dessert at all this week. I never thought that would be possible. I've definitely acquired some self-control. Unbelievable ??

Incorporate some diet changes from the 'abs diet'. I would like to see if they help with gaining some lean muscle to burn more fat.
