Non-scale victory of the week!

I have not gone out to eat or eaten dessert at all this week. I never thought that would be possible. I've definitely acquired some self-control. Unbelievable ??

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Add more veggies into my diet.

Incorporate some diet changes from the 'abs diet'. I would like to see if they help with gaining some lean muscle to burn more fat.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was really craving some very unhealthy food...mostly because the person right next to me had just received their meal and it smelled sooo good. I almost ordered some food as well but I already knew I only had about 200 calories to spare and I refused to let Wednesday be the day I give up on myself. I also finally went to the grocery store and stocked up on some fresh fruits and veggies. I have had this goal for the last couple of months but it was about time to step it up nutritionally.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat less pre-packaged snacks and prepare healthier snacks for when I'm on the go.

My "skinny" pants are all starting to fit a little loose. They used to barely fit 3 months ago.

Incorporate more fruits/veggies or add more protein.
