Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted sugar!!! Didn’t even give in to the dessert table at brunch but have found nice ways to reward myself like mangos and berries :)

I got a new PR on a bike ride this week!!

I could have stayed away from temptation a bit better... I had gummy bears while flying home From nYC yesterday and I’m trying to stay away from added sugar.
